U.S. firm Loeb & Loeb has launched a trusts and estates practice in Hong Kong after hiring partners Erik Wallace and Laurence Ho and associates Sarah Lai and Letao Tao from Stephenson Harwood.

Wallace has worked as a trusts and estates lawyer for over two decades. He advises clients on succession planning, structuring or restructuring trusts, and establishing private trust companies and charitable foundations. Ho has more than a decade of experience advising clients on U.S. tax, trust and estate planning matters in addition to reporting compliance issues.

The group will primarily advise the firm’s Asia-based clients on U.S. trust, tax and estate concerns.
